EasyDMARC
EasyDMARC is an email authentication management platform that centralizes DMARC, SPF, DKIM, BIMI, MTA-STS, and TLS-RPT record creation, validation, and enforcement across multiple client domains. It automates the progression from authentication monitoring to reject-policy enforcement, monitors domain reputation against blacklists in real-time, and includes email deliverability testing across Microsoft, Google, and Yahoo. The platform targets MSPs, email security agencies, and compliance-focused organizations that need to manage domain spoofing protection and regulatory compliance at scale. Enterprise plans include a dedicated DMARC engineer and support for unlimited domains and users, making it suitable for agencies managing 10+ client accounts. Unlike point tools, EasyDMARC consolidates SPF flattening, DKIM selector management, and BIMI validation in one interface, reducing the number of separate DNS tools an agency must maintain.
EasyDMARC is an email authentication management platform, priced at $44.99/month on the Plus plan, integrating with Microsoft, Google, and Yahoo. InnovaAI scores it 7.9/10 for agency resale, fit for agencies with established service brands.
Agency Audit
EasyDMARC consolidates DMARC, SPF, DKIM, BIMI, MTA-STS, and TLS-RPT management into a single dashboard, which removes the need to juggle separate tools for each protocol. The MSP and reseller positioning is explicit, and the Enterprise tier includes a dedicated DMARC engineer plus SSO, making it viable for agencies managing large client portfolios. Compliance-focused verticals such as enterprise IT teams and email security agencies are the clearest fit. The Free tier covers only one domain, so meaningful client work starts at the Plus plan ($44.99/month or $35.99/month billed annually).

- Your agency manages email security retainers for MSP clients and needs centralized DMARC aggregate and failure reporting across multiple domains from one dashboard.
- You serve compliance-focused organizations that require documented DMARC enforcement progression from monitoring to reject policy, with up to 3 years of data history available on Enterprise.
- Your clients run high-volume sending infrastructure and you need EasySPF's dynamic SPF flattening to stay within the 10-DNS-lookup limit without manual record edits.
- You need to manage more than four client domains on a predictable fixed monthly cost, because anything above the Premium plan's 4-domain ceiling requires a custom Enterprise quote.
- Your clients require a fully white-labeled portal with your agency's branding, since no verified white-label program is documented in available product information.
- Your agency only needs DMARC monitoring for a single low-volume domain, because the Free plan's 1,000 emails per month and 14-day data history are insufficient for most active client accounts.

Reality Check
EasyDMARC's domain count scales by plan tier: Plus covers 2 domains, Premium covers 4, and unlimited domains require Enterprise pricing negotiated with sales. Agencies onboarding more than four clients simultaneously will hit plan ceilings quickly and face either frequent upgrades or a custom contract before they can standardize their delivery workflow.

Why this category matters
The commercial case before the tooling.
Core concepts
The mental model you need to price and scope the work.
- Shared Reputation ContagionConcept
Shared reputation contagion is the principle that sending infrastructure pools risk across every account that touches it. When an agency runs multiple clients through one IP or one sending domain, a single client's purchased list, stale contacts, or aggressive cadence drags down placement for the whole book. The damage is asymmetric: one bad send can suppress inbox rates for accounts that did nothing wrong, and repair takes weeks of throttled volume. The practical response is isolation by risk tier. Keep cold outreach on dedicated domains and warmed mailboxes, keep transactional and lifecycle mail on separate infrastructure, and gate new clients behind a verification pass before their first campaign. ZeroBounce validates lists at 99.6% accuracy and scores catch-all addresses, which is the kind of pre-flight check that keeps a risky list from ever reaching shared rails. EasyDMARC gives the authentication layer that proves which domains you actually control. Agencies that segment infrastructure by client risk protect retainer revenue that would otherwise be spent firefighting someone else's list.
- Reputation FirewallConcept
Reputation Firewall is the practice of isolating each client's sending reputation so one account's bad list practices cannot burn the agency's shared infrastructure. The model treats sender reputation as a perimeter problem, not a per-campaign metric: authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and list verification sit at the wall, while warm-up and inbox placement monitoring run continuously behind it. Agencies that skip this layer discover the cost when a single client's purchased list drags a shared IP into spam folders and every retainer on that IP underperforms at once. EasyDMARC handles the authentication perimeter, ZeroBounce validates lists before they enter the sending pool with 99.6% stated accuracy, and InboxAlly repairs sender reputation after damage occurs. The firewall framing matters because deliverability failures are rarely isolated: they propagate across accounts, and the agency absorbs the client-trust cost.
- Authentication Debt CeilingConcept
Authentication Debt Ceiling treats SPF, DKIM, and DMARC enforcement as a balance sheet item rather than a one-time setup task. Every domain parked at p=none accrues debt: mailbox providers quietly discount unauthenticated mail, and the discount compounds as spoofing attempts and forwarded mail erode trust. Agencies carrying 20 or 30 client domains inherit that debt across the portfolio, and the ceiling arrives when a single client's spoofed domain drags a shared sending IP into filtering. EasyDMARC's automated domain scanning and staged enforcement gives a concrete repayment path, while Mailgun's pre-send testing and ZeroBounce's blacklist and DMARC monitoring let delivery teams verify the balance before a campaign ships. The framework's practical value is sequencing: agencies that move clients from monitoring to quarantine to reject on a schedule avoid the emergency remediation retainer that follows a blocklisting event.
Decision and risk
How to judge the fit, and the ways it goes wrong.
- Email Deliverability Rule: Verify List Health Before Adding Warmup ToolsEvaluation Rule
Verify and clean the list before spending on warmup or deliverability tools.
- Email Deliverability Rule: Audit Authentication Before You Scale Send VolumeEvaluation Rule
Verify SPF, DKIM, and DMARC alignment plus list hygiene on every sending domain before approving any volume increase, and isolate risky client lists onto separate IPs or subdomains.
- Shared Sending Infrastructure vs Per-Client Domain IsolationDecision Framework
IF your agency runs more than a handful of client sending domains and cannot attribute a reputation hit to a single account, THEN move to per-client domain and subdomain isolation with independent authentication before you scale volume. IF your client roster is small, contractually stable, and each account already sends under roughly 50,000 messages a month, THEN a shared pool with centralized monitoring is cheaper and faster to operate.
- The Shared-IP Contagion Trap: Why Agency Email Deliverability Collapses Across Client AccountsFailure Pattern
- The Authentication Theater Trap: Why Email Deliverability Stalls After the DNS Records Go GreenFailure Pattern
- ZeroBounce vs EasyDMARC vs Mailwarm (Agency Deliverability Stack Decisions)Tool Comparison
These three solve different failure modes, and agencies that buy one expecting the others get burned: list validation prevents bad sends, authentication prevents impersonation, and warmup rebuilds trust after a domain has already been flagged. The sequencing question matters more than the vendor question, because running warmup on an unvalidated list wastes the reputation you just built. Match the tool to the client's current failure mode, then document the handoff between hygiene, authentication, and reputation so a single client's poor list practices do not cascade into shared IP damage across the retainer book.

What agencies say about EasyDMARC
“DMARC+”
EasyDMARC is a game-changer! Their platform is user-friendly, their support is top-notch, and we saw a significant improvement in email deliverability. A must-have for any business that values email security!
Read on Trustpilot“nice system but....”
I was previously a big fan of EasyDmarc, have written some rave reviews about them and moved to them from another provider. I do still like the system and think it is superior to many others, so still giving them 3 stars for that. but sadly things do seem to have gone downhill of late. I think they will lose a lot of customers as a result, which is a shame as I think their product was better and more intuitive than most of their competitors. They got rid of the free plan, which I think was a big mistake, but worse is they simply crippled any account that was using it, blocking all access to your domains, even if you also had domains on a paid plan, you were denied access to them unless you also removed/disabled all the other domains that were on the free plan. They also doubled all the prices on the paid plans, so their pricing is no longer very competitive. The support has also taken a turn for the worse and the sales dept seems to be completely ignorant about the product and the business, unhelpful and just completely frustrating to speak to. He doesn't seem to have any idea how their product actually works, or how it compares to competitors and just cannot be bothered to put in even minimum effort when replying to emails (lazy).
Read on Trustpilot“Amazing customer service”
I tried easyDMARC moving from another provider. They had an excellent service provision, in the end it turned out I had the DMARC setup support from my other email security service. I paid for a subcsription before I knew I had a similar service already, but the great Christina who had helped me setup the account refunded my payment and closed my account. While I don't need their services, if I didnt already have this I would be using them as thier customer service is excellent and the reporting on emails also very good.

Answers about pricing, setup, implementation, and more
EasyDMARC automates email authentication protocol management across DMARC, SPF, DKIM, BIMI, MTA-STS, and TLS-RPT. It monitors domain reputation against blacklists in real-time, enforces authentication policies, and provides email deliverability testing across Microsoft, Google, and Yahoo. Agencies use it to protect client domains from spoofing, improve email deliverability, and maintain compliance with email security standards.
EasyDMARC offers 4 pricing tiers, starting at $35.99/mo billed annually (Plus) up to $71.99/mo billed annually (Premium). Agencies typically achieve 70% profit margins when reselling to clients.
No verified white-label program. Client-facing surfaces display the EasyDMARC brand, so you cannot present a white-labeled portal to end clients. EasyDMARC is best positioned as a backend compliance and deliverability tool that you operate on behalf of clients rather than a client-facing dashboard offering.
EasyDMARC includes email deliverability testing across Microsoft, Google, and Yahoo, allowing agencies to test client email campaigns for authentication and inbox placement issues within those providers' environments. Native integrations with these platforms' admin consoles are not documented; the tool functions as a standalone DMARC and SPF management layer.
Initial setup typically takes 15-30 minutes per client domain once the agency parent account is configured. On Enterprise plans, a dedicated DMARC engineer handles setup and policy strategy, reducing agency workload. Ongoing monitoring and policy adjustments require minimal intervention after initial configuration.
EasyDMARC is built for MSPs and resellers managing multiple client domains, enterprise IT teams handling internal domain security, email security agencies offering compliance services, and compliance-focused organizations in regulated industries. It is particularly valuable for SaaS companies, financial services firms, and e-commerce businesses that send high volumes of transactional or marketing email and face strict authentication requirements.
Yes. Premium and Enterprise plans support unlimited invited users, allowing agencies to grant client stakeholders read-only access to their domain's DMARC reports, failure logs, and reputation status. This enables clients to monitor their own email security posture without exposing the agency's master account.
EasyDMARC does not publish explicit data retention or export policies in available documentation. Before signing clients onto a retainer, confirm with sales whether historical DMARC reports, reputation data, and configuration records are exportable upon cancellation and how long they are retained.
